Hello, fellow musicians! My name is Rosie and I'm looking for people to play and make music with.
Music has always been a passion of mine. I used to be very involved in all things music as a child: I played the trumpet in an orchestra, sang in a choir, recorded an album with my class, had failed attempts at learning to play the guitar and starting a band, etc. As a teenager, I wanted to be a singer but I was too shy to sing in front of people. Little by little I lost the habit of singing and playing an instrument and became a passive listener.
A few years ago as I was approaching my 40s, I started thinking more about my dreams and what I (still) want to do in life, and I realized that I really miss singing, playing and making music. Since then, music has once again become a big part of my life as I sing, make songs, and learn to play the keyboard almost daily. I would love to to find other hobby musicians in the Grasse region to play together. If this speaks to you, please get in touch.

Queen was my first love when I was about 4. Since then, there have been many others. I love indie rock and folk, dancehall reggae, electronic music, jazz, classical music, some hip hop and metal – I’m really an omnivore when it comes to music. Favourites include White Lies, Mystery Jets, Laura Marling, Noah and The Whale, Mumford and Sons, Anna B Savage, For Those I Love, Vampire Weekend, The Dø, The Kills, First Aid Kit, Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Dresden Dolls, Danger, The Algorithm, Perturbator, Stromae, The Knife, Peaches, Manel, Oques Grasses, and Major Lazer.
